The hotel charged extra for laundry bags. A very bad policy. I think the staff needed more training. They did not fully understand English or hospitality. The staff wearing expensive watches made little difference.

The hotel had a very thoughtful and convenient interior design. I found nice shops and cafes around the hotel! Room service was quite fast. Laundry service was also very quick.
The lobby lacked seating. Most staff did not greet guests! It felt different from traditional Japanese hotels.

The room was too dark. I needed more lighting when the curtains were drawn. the outer blanket felt scratchy against my skin.
