laundry bag charge lacking hospitality
The hotel charged extra for laundry bags. A very bad policy. I think the staff needed more training. They did not fully understand English or hospitality. The staff wearing expensive watches made little difference.

the position was excellent and the design details are great.
Check-in felt awful. There wasn't anyone to assist with luggage. very loud music played in the reception area, so staff were difficult to hear.

i adored the architecture, it feels so romantic. the hallways were quiet. the rooms too were very quiet!
the room feel too dark with hardly option to turn brighter. it felt not friendly for childrens or elderlys. it not feels any special effort to.

thoughtful interior convenient design quick service
The hotel had a very thoughtful and convenient interior design. I found nice shops and cafes around the hotel! Room service was quite fast. Laundry service was also very quick.
The lobby lacked seating. Most staff did not greet guests! It felt different from traditional Japanese hotels.

modern gym comfortable room dark room scratchy blanket
the gym had a beautiful view and was very modern. it was well equipped too. the room was comfortable and included nice amenities.
The room was too dark. I needed more lighting when the curtains were drawn. the outer blanket felt scratchy against my skin.
